Hood 23 for sale in CHURCH POINT, New South Wales for sale

This Hood 23, 'Hoodunit' has a fixed keel and is currently moored in Elvina Bay, Pittwater.
It has a 15hp 4 stroke outboard. Do not be put off by the crummy cowling as it starts and runs even after not being used for a while and the cowling puts thieves off! It has two mains and 2 headsails, a spinnaker pole but no spinnaker.
I am unsure of the age (had to put a year in the box, so chose one that was obviously wrong) and am trying to find out more through the Hood Association. It would be reasonably old though, thus the price. However, it does provide a great amenity for a small outlay. It has 4 berths and would suit a couple or family with small kids for a weekend away. It also has an awning to go over the boom that covers the cockpit. The galley has a sink and I use a portable cook top but it would accommodate something more substantial.
It is a very easy boat to sail single handed or for beginners. A perfect first boat and great for twilight racing.
