My boat is a Lovely 37 foot 1996 Jeanneau Moored Yacht. ( Even better than a Beneteau ). This yacht has two double sleeping cabins and two bathrooms (one is an ensuite). It has a beautiful timber fitout and lots of equipment.
There are two new sails, (never fitted) and the rigging is self furling.The boat has been re-engined with the best! A gleaming 54hp Yanmar diesel, which you could eat your dinner off! It also has low hours and has much more power than necessary, so it purrs rather than revs hard and is very swift under power. "Cezanne", provides a perfect weekender for someone who wants a safed moored boat, in tranquil McCarrs Creek in Pittwater, or just buy the yacht and sail her away with you.
Access to the mooring is via a public right of way near the mouth of sheltered Brown's Bay Church Point, where a dinghy can be stored on a rack, next to its own handy jetty to reach the mooring , which is close -
Subject to RMS approval , you can save the expensive marina fees that some pay, as the annual mooring fee is very affordable.This is one of the best mooring locations in Pittwater and I have a genuine reason for selling, as I used to live near the mooring, but have moved.
The yacht is currnetly booked in for a full anti foul and I am getting any little things attended to while she's up on the slips. I will be having the sides of her hull polished also, so she will present very well once this work is done.
